ENTEMPTMODZ BUYERS SERVICE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

       Purchasing any services or products under the vendor EntemptModz acknowledge and agree of the following statements.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the Potential Risks that can occur when modding a system , such as ; 

                       - System Bricked completely unusable and unresponsive, often due to corrupted firmware or a hardware problem

                       - Hardware Failure components of the system fail such as NAND

Buyer agrees to relay any information on the system(s) conditions such as a certain colors, button(s), trigger(s), screen(s), scratches, dents, hardware, missing parts, already modded/homebrewed or any other issue, before mailing the console in for service. FAILURE to do so can lead to potential cancelations from Vendor EntemptModz 

if Buyer requests a hard mod or to clean (open) a system, we need a document signed stating that we EntemptModz are not responsible for any unforeseen events that it could cause, A number of variables could happen when unplugging cables due to the systems age.

Buyer  agrees to relay information about package condition before sending to EntemptModz (picture of package) along with tracking number. 

Buyer acknowledges that an unbricked service does NOT GUARENTEE to be successful. Unbrick service option can only be successful if it is Homebrew related, this does not include any Hardware Related Issues (this included NAND). 

This information is used to update Order Status.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that there are no cancelations or refunds for used consoles from Vendor EntemptModz, all listing information is displayed in pictures and/or in description. 

All orders are recorded for assurance and content purposes. Every order is recorded to insure package conditions when its received by EntemptModz and when it is opened, serviced, and packaged to be sent. You may request to not post recording for content. 

CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS

- Buyers have a 24 hour period to cancel any service to receive a full refund. FAILURE to cancel within the given 24 hour period will only receive 90% of their Refund due to service costs.  

- Services purchased after it being received or in the process of service will receive only a 50% refund of order.

- Any service that requests cancelations that contains an SD card will be charged an additional 10% restocking fee. 

- There are no cancelations or refunds for purchases of used consoles from Vendor EntemptModz
